...Castle CreepingVisitors will have noticed that virtually every village in Pembrokeshire has either a mammoth church, chunky chapel or a romantic castle. Pembroke Castle built around 1300 is the nearest and probably most important monument but there are also loads of others to enjoy. Within ten or fifteen minutes of The Old Rectory there is Manorbier and Carew and then slightly further, Narberth, Tenby, Picton, Roch, Haverfordwest and of course that beautiful cathedral at St. David's.
