Eating at the Old Rectory
Why choose refined and synthetic foods when you can treat yourself to some of the finest, cleanest and freshest organic produce in the UK? Pembrokeshire proudly provides stunning ingredients and Emma enjoys creating wholesome dishes for supper for you to savour in the candlelit dining room. Bon appetit!
There is a full drinks licence and Emma can offer an excellent selection of organic wines and spirits. Just what the doctor ordered. A large gin with a twist of lemon and a splash of Castlemartin tonic. Bottoms Up!
The Old Rectory’s cooked breakfast normally includes local sausages, dry cured bacon, home laid eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms (seaweed, if available). Homemade bread and freshly ground coffee too. Freshly made veg and fruit juices will be available at breakfast from 2003 on. Emma has found them so beneficial and energising herself that she would like to recommend them to her guests. Additional £1.50 for these juices.
